Wow.

So, it's been a long while since my last post. Henry and his girlfriend have been together almost 2 months, and I learned today that he wants to marry her...so. And it's crazy 'cuz he's a freshmen, and she's a junior, and I just wanna smack him upside the head. He got her an 18 karat gold ring, with REAL garnet, and REAL diamonds. It's sweet, but ugh!

In other news, I have a date for Military Ball(: Guess :)...... done guessing? It's Richard(: and Logan decided to tell Senior about Richard, and so then Senior calls me into his office, and says "How much did that ugly boy have to pay you to go with him?!" And I go "None... we've been talking for a while?" And he goes "So you're doing this VOLUNTARILY!?" Yes, Senior, I am. haha. Gotta love him.

I made an A on all my finals *fist pump* YES! Haha. And Miss Kylie Rose got all of her friends Christmas presents, when she was SUPPOSED to wait till after Christmas. So she decides to give us all our presents today, and NONE of the rest of us had our presents... So... haha.

Anywayyyyyyy.... Krista, Kylie, and Mariah have been having conversations about me to this one dude?! No, not Henry, another dude. THAT I DON'T LIKE!

On another note.. me and 9 others have this bet that this Junior would date me... and it's me against those 9, and they all say he would. I don't think he would... but I always do......

So the Parade was Saturday, and I marched in it for ROTC(: It was fun :) But when we got to where my parents were sitting, they YELLED MY NAME! And the kid next to me was LAUGHING!!!

Ohhh welll. Raffle sales this weekend? So looking forward to the weekends, for I am lacking sleep (;

OH! And Krista has this friend, who she can't ever get ahold of to give him my number ;) And she apparently likes my thinking? Haha

Anyway, so this guy, we'll call him.... Henry? I kinda like him, but he's dating my best friend. And honestly, we talk more than they do. But anyway, we tell each other everything, and I know it's wrong to like him, but I can't help it. He's funny, and nice, and his smiling is amazing. It's wrong, I know. Ugh.

More guy news-the guy Richard I've been talking to, let's just say I totally and completely fail. Utterly. I asked him out, on the week of the 2 year anniversery of his last girlfriend's death. I completely and utterly FAIL. And now I fell horribe? Haha

Like my friend, Kylie Rose, I have been neglecting my blog, for a while now(: I just don't have the time now? High School is hectic? Between homework, and assignments, and then getting my uniform ready every week, and then drama, and confusion, it's just a LOT.

So me and Timothy broke up a while ago. And now I'm kinda confused. Between Jamal and this guy Richard(the story behind Richard is last year we were gonna go to Military Ball together, but he moved two days before Ball, so I didn't get to go, but he just moved back, and now maybe we have a chance together?). I honestly believe I like Richard more, because I can be myself around him, and talk to him with ease, and I don't have to worry about saying something stupid or messing up and he wont like me anymore, and he proves that chilvary isn't dead. Is it wrong to like someone like him<3

So, I worked the game on Friday, and stayed afterschool at the ROTC building. So while at the ROTC building, my friend, Kayleigh(she's a junior), decides to tell another junior that she knows a girl that likes him. He says "Who is it?" and she replies "You'll never guess." So he starts coming off with random off the wall girls, and she tells him its a freshmen. He says he doesnt know any freshmen.

So at the game, Kenzie asked me to go tto the bathroom with her, so I do. When we walk out, we see Kayleigh, Sierra Hurst, and _____ all standing there talking. I turn around and walk the other way, and Kenzie runs over there to talk. I go hide, and then go to make my way to sit with Kenzie's mom, and THEY SPOT ME! Kenzie says "I FOUND HER!!!" And kayleigh comes over and attacks me, drags me down there, and makes me stand there. I later found out that Sierra told _____ who likes him.... And get this-his cousin, is one of my best friends. Lol. So she's gonna give him my number today after school (:

So, this week hasn't been the best ever. Im not in a good mood today. Haha. So, yesterday was the AMI-Area Manager's Inspection- for our NJROTC Unit... AND I GOT A 10! (: Therefore, I won my first ribbon :)

This week is homecoming week (: Yesterday was Crazy Day-crazy hair, crazy socks, duct tape, etc. Today is Rock of Ages-dress as any rockstar from the 40's to present (: Tomorrow is Color Wars-Freshmen are orange (: Thursday is Costume Day, and i have no clue what im gonna be. And Friday is Laker Day.

So the other day I forgot to mention that Krista asked Jamal if he was from Canada, and before she got to him, another one of our friends-Mariah-told him to say yes, he's from Toronto. So when Krista got to him, he said just that. So she comes to me saying "HE IS! HE IS FROM CANADA!" Haha. Poor, poor Krista...

So then yesterday she asked him if he was from Italy, and he said no. So then she asked if he was from Africa. And he said that Africa is now a country (: Bwahaha. Poor Krista.

And then apparently last night, another one of my best friends texted Jamal. And she didn't tell me until this morning. So this morning Kenzie texted me and goes "I'm the best wingman ever (:" So I'm like "WHAT?!" And so she tells me.... Haha

Jamal

So Jamal<3 Jamal is the nickname to this guy that goes to my school, that I really like. I have his number, but I'm scared to text him, or talk to him, or anything of that nature, because I'm scared of rejection. Not scared... terrified actually. Every rejection is a new fresh wound to pour salt over, and it sucks.

But see, Jamal is one of those guys that would let you down easy. He's nice, sweet, funny, cute, smart, athletic... he's the total package, and the ideal guy. I just... I wish he felt the same way about me that I feel about him...

High School

So, we started school last wednesday, and it was my first day as a Freshman. I'd say my fav. class is Mrs. Davidson's, because she's really bright and outgoing, and fun, and because my friends and "Jamal" are in it xD Don't even get me started on the "Jamal" thing haha.

I've also got JROTC, and it's fun! Haha. Tuesday's though, I'm gonna learn to dread. Haha. Tuesdays are push days-sit ups, push ups, and runs. I'm sore today from yesterday's PT. But it'll get easier as the year goes on :)

So, I've never blogged, but it seems like fun :) Haha

So basically, "Below The Surface" is about what happens from day-to-day in a high schoolers' life, and also about how what's on the surface, isnt the only thing that counts, that there IS something under the skin.
